Your knowledge, organization, and intelligence are evident in every lesson she delivers. You set high standards for all students while creating a classroom environment that is both structured and supportive. Your ability to engage students and hold them accountable has truly enhanced the learning experience for everyone. Working alongside Mrs. Salalila has been an invaluable experience for me. As a special education teacher, I am especially grateful for the way you have influenced my instructional practices. Through youir example, I have learned how to be more intentional, flexible, and effective in my teaching while still maintaining high expectations for all learners. I once dreaded school until I had Mrs. Hughes for sixth-grade science. Her enthusiasm made learning fun, especially when we microwaved chocolate to explore concepts in physics. We even learned about CERN and the Large Hadron Collider, which sparked my curiosity in ways I never expected. Thanks to her encouragement, I discovered that learning could be exciting. Mrs. Hughes changed the way I view science, and I will always remember the fun labs we did!
