Our Website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not intend to, or knowingly, collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13 on the Website. In the course of providing our “Brisk Boost” offering to education institution customers, Brisk may collect and process information from students under 13, but will not do so without appropriate consent or authorization. Brisk has a multi-tiered approach to protecting personal data that includes technical and organizational safeguards.
